Card size: 4.25" x 5.5" Foil the background. Die cut the images and add Copic coloring. Die cut the balloon letters. Stamp the sentiment in colored ink and a second time in VersaMark ink, add clear embossing powder and heat set it. Add Aqua Shimmer to the balloon letters.
