About this Project
Is it funny, punny, or maybe a little bit of both? This adorable bowl of veggies is serving up plenty of smiles along with all those sweet well wishes. I’m not sure what makes me grin more—the happy little head of lettuce or the perfectly punny sentiment! I created this card with the Lettuce Celery-brate Stamp and Die Set by Trinity Stamps. I stamped the Pantry Box Greeting on a piece of white cardstock, then cut it out with the coordinating die set. To make the lettering pop, I colored in all the white cardstock with black marker. Mission accomplished don't you think? To give my card a garden feel, I used the Waffle Texture Cover Plate to look like a lattice panel. I used the Tiny Bowl Buddy Die Set to hold my lettuce and celery. I stamped my little nutritious friends using the the Lettuce Celery-brate Stamp Set and used the coordinating dies to cut them and the sentiment out. I colored them with the following Copic colors: YG21, YG05, YG17 Y04, Y08, Y19 G0000, G000, G00 This card is just so silly and fun - it brings a smile to my face!
