About this Project
Steps I took to create my card: 1) Die cut the city skyline from black cardstock and added pieces of yellow cardstock behind the windows. 2) I ink blended the background loosely to give the appearance of the sky at dusk. 3j I adhered the city skyline to my ink blended card stock. 4) After stamping my sentiment in black pigment ink, I added clear embossing powder and heat set the sentiment. 5) I stamped the image in Copic friendly ink and then colored the image with Copic markers. 6) After cutting the image out by hand, I added a small action wobbler behind her and added her to the card. 7) The panel was added to some Halloween paper. 8) To finish the card, I added some enamel dots in Halloween colors.
