Gingerbread Comic

About this Project

This card is a fun wintery shaker card. I started by brayering thined down copper metallic acrylic paint in watercolor cardstock. After stamping and embossing the Comic Book Page stamp on the background, I used a craft knife to cut a window. I added some acetate behind the window and used foam tape to make a wall around it, then added some Rock Candy, before gluing the background to a kraft card base. I stamped the Gingerbread Fun images with black Memento ink and colored them and the "comics" letters with alcohol markers. I added the images to my Card using foam tape and used glue to add some Rock Candy sparkle to my card.
