About this Project
I love to color! I typically stamp 4-12 images at a time when I’m making cards so I can color and experiment with different looks. my go to ink for alcohol markers is GKD in a light color for this I used a gray. I put my cardstock in my Misti. I stamp the image in the alcohol friendly ink. LEAVE THE STAMP IN PLACE. Then I color the image. When I’m finished coloring I put the panel back in the Misti and stamp it again using Versafine Nocturne Black ink. Versafine is a pigment ink. Pigment inks sit on top of your cardstock giving you dark crisp images. I used a combination of Copic and Olo markers using a messy style of coloring almost to mimic watercolor. I did not over think it I just quickly flicked colors onto the image and embraced the imperfection. Then I die cut the panel and background using Spellbinders Perfect Touch Rectangle dies.
