About this Project

For this card I started by blending the background with various shades of blue Distress Oxide inks. I planned out where I wanted the moon to sit and kept that area lighter while blending to create a soft glow around it. Next, I ink blended the moon and die cut it before adding it to the background. I stamped, die cut, and colored the larger bats with alcohol markers, then die cut a few smaller bat silhouettes to help fill out the nighttime scene. Once everything was assembled, I finished the inside by stamping the “Life is better when we hang together!” sentiment.
