About this Project

Card size: 4.25" x 5.5" For the background, stamp the images to create a pattern turning the images each time you stamp them. For the top panel, use stencils to create the balloons making sure to overlap them. Use a balloon pattern stencil over the balloons. With a black fine line Copic marker, add the strings to the balloons. Die cut a mat from some silver cardstock. Use the same cardstock to die cut the sentiment. Die cut a shadow from some colored cardstock.
