About this Project

Card size: 4.25" x 5.5" Die cut the postage panel. Using the stencils, ink blend around the inside of the "stamps" leaving a white area in the middle. Using candle stencils color and image in two of the stamps. Place a stencil over the colored image overlapping the borders and stencil the balloons. Using a black fine liner, add the balloon strings. In the two smaller stamps, stamp your sentiments with black ink and again in VersaMark ink, add clear embossing powder and heat set them. To finish the card add enamel dots.
