About this Project

Card size: 4.25" x 5.5" Stamp the image with Copic friendly ink. Color the image with Copic markers. Fussy cut the image and set it aside. Using stencils, create the background of sky and water with waves. Die cut the sentiment from glossy black cardstock. Add an action wobbler behind the die cut image. Add details with a white gel pen.
