About this Project
Use code HollyFan10 to save 10% on stencils and Card Bling at A Colorful Life Designs. I did a watercolor wash with some blue watercolor paint onto some watercolor paper and let that dry first. Then I spread some Sparkle Paper Glitz (Picket Fence Studios) over the BoHo Grunge Snow stencil from A Colorful Life Designs onto this watercolored panel. After that dried, I added the die cut angel and the sentiment and adhered the panel to a white card base.
