About this Project
This card started with the Happy Swirls embossing folder and the blackout embossing folder technique. Only I tweaked the technique a little to fit my need- I wanted the red and white stripe look of a flag. I then used the stars stencil to make the dark blue star layer. I die cut the word Happy from the Happy Holidays word die set in all white and ink blended the letters to match. I added a shiny silver backer to the letters and some silver thread under the words "fourth of july".
