About this Project

I embossed both pieces of vellum using an embossing folder. For the first one, I colored the motif on the back (the debossed side) using alcohol markers. I placed a white die-cut behind the poinsettias to make them stand out more, as I had used red cardstock for the base. For the second one, I used a stencil to color a motif on a piece of white cardstock, which I then placed underneath the vellum to give the impression that the motif itself was colored.
