Pumpkin Sonata Card
About this Project
Have you guys ever had something not go exactly right in the creating phase of a project??? That was me with the background of this card. I had hot foiled the This Calls for Confetti Lattice Luxe foil plate and had the "left over" foil staring me in the face. So I grabbed one of my reverse hot foil plates- you know the solid shapes ones? And some dark chocolate cardstock. The results were disappointing at best. Well until I switched my thinking about them anyway. When viewed as "rustic" this background is fantastic! The pumpkins are from the Pumpkin Sonata Collection from This Calls for Confetti. I used alcohol markers to color them. Added some glitter sequins and what started as a mistake turned into one of my favorite cards!
