Unicorn Trio
About this Project
For this trio, I wanted to see how many different looks I could create using the same images and the same simple pastel color palette. I started by stamping the small unicorn images from the Lil Unicorn Docket set, coloring them with Copic markers, and cutting them out. To create the coordinating rainbow elements, I cut thin strips from plain white cardstock and colored each one using the same Copic markers I used on the unicorns. This gave me perfectly coordinated cardstock without having to search for matching colors. From there, I arranged and glued the colored strips in three different layouts to give each card its own look. Once the backgrounds were complete, I stamped the sentiments and added the unicorn images to finish each design. Same stamps, same colors, and the same basic elements, just arranged three different ways for three unique cards!
