About this Project

I like to take out the critter stamps sometimes and make scenes! Each of these is a separate stamp, mostly retired now. It's fun to just have a play and see what the critters come up with. "Advice from a cactus" was inspired by a combination of similar phrases spotted on Pinterest. The backgrounds are blended inks for the most part, which create nice skies. The images are all masked (lots of masking!) and colored with Copics. I also use this kind of whimsical design to use up old patterned paper, used here as card bases. I start with the patterned paper and then pick coordinating Copic colors.
