All of the patterned paper on this card came from the Rainbow Ever After Petite Paper Pack by Lawn Fawn. I cut the horizontal turquoise striped paper with the Stitched Scallop Rectangle Frames (second largest die in set). I glued both the frame and the inner part that cut from the frame in the center of a white card base, leaving an even border around the scalloped frame. I then cut one of the gradient papers in the pack with the Large Stitched Rectangle Stackable dies (third largest) and stamped the happy birthday sentiment centered at the bottom of the gradient panel. I glued the gradient panel on top of the turqoise striped panel, centering it. I then glued the entire card panel onto a side-folding card base. The balloons were cut from other patterned papers in that pack making the stripes run vertically. The balloon baskets were cut from white cardstock and inked with a light brown ink. The clouds were cut from white cardstock. The banner and banner flags were cut from other patterned paper in the pack (wide multi-color striped paper with dies placed within stripes of color to cut). This produced matching banner flags that I glued on top of the main banner piece, alternating turquoise and purple. The yellow ballon was glued directly to the background, with edge of the balloon slightly going off the edge of the scalloped frame. The purple ballon was placed slightly higher and overlapping with foam squares to give it some dimension. I glued the clouds to the card, tucking some of the cloud shape under the ballons. I glued the banner on top of the purple balloon and added some Ranger Stardust Stckles to the banner flags and clouds for some sparkle (this needs some time to dry and should be the last step). .
