Hey Y’All - Thank You!
This week, on “Fun on the Farm” , in celebration of Thanksgiving, we are giving thanks for the Farms that Feed our Families! I finally got to ink up this awesome cow stamp from @unitystampco : Someone Left the Gate Open I made this cutie into a thank you card to honour the farmers….where would we be without them?! (Hungry, for one). And I know dang well they work way harder than most of us…and deserve so much MORE than just our thanks!! 🏆🥇 My lovely friend, Sara @sarae.furr_thecraftyfarmchick is a farmer 👩🌾🩷 She’d likely be humble about it, but she WORKS so hard on her little dairy farm. Often without enough time in the day to get through all the “to-dos” and she does it day after day. Milking her herd of 80 cows, barn chores, manure spreading and other tractor duties, house chores, kiddos, cooking, errands and taxi-ing…to name the things I have caught a glimpse of. Plus she carves out time to create her beautiful cards. And somehow she remains sweet through it all 🤗. She’s just one of the many farmers out there growing and harvesting our food. And while I’m thankful to ALL the farmers…she’s my most favorite. ❤️👩🌾 Our hop is hosted and organized by @sarae.furr_thecraftyfarmchick (if you would like to join in our crafty farm fun, please contact Sara).
