Pink Scaled Mermaid Card Panel

A mermaid couldn't be more beautiful and simple as she on with this card. Shawn fussy cut out the center of the card panel to give dimension and to be able to see the background behind this beautiful sea mermaid. He then die cut her out of the panel to overlay on his card. For the card panel he used the scale stencil and heavily saturated Pink Chroma Mist throug it. Add some Pearl Shimmer mist and this beauty becomes the star of the card.
