Starlight glitter

I used white Starlight glitter for the background, which I made using ML20 dies. I die cut the paper with double-sided adhesive, removed the backing only where I wanted the glitter. I sprinkled over the glitter and pressed it into the adhesive with my finger. Then I removed the rest of the protection and glued the shaded cutout. I shaded the cutout with Cadet blue ink and added the text and a poinsettia with greenery. I finished it all off with a frame.
