1. Stamp and color Pumpkin Image with Alcohol Markers. 2. Die cut with coordinating dies (or fussy cut). 3. Blend edge of Duo Foil panel with Black ink. 4. Use Embossing ink and Glow in the dark embossing powder on moon area, heat set. 5. Stamp bats and witches with embossing ink and heat set Scowlene Embossing Powder. 6. Mat on Black card panel (or cardbase). 7. Adhere focal image with foam tape. 8. Stamp sentiment with Black and Orange ink and adhere to card base. 9. Embellish as desired.
