Happy 2nd Birthday

I designed a birthday card for a sweet little girl who's turning 2. I used Baby Sea Creatures stamps & dies from @whimsystamps and added Party Hats from @memoryboxco, plus a wave design with Memory Box's Silent Snow die turned horizontally.
