This year's Valentine's Day card. I used C9 Midnight, Blueberry, and Lakefront to ink blend the Plaid Perfection stencils on white cardstock. I cut with a 4" circle die. I used the stitched stripe card front die on a 4.25" x 5.5" piece of white card stock. I put foam tape on back of circle and placed so the plaid was going the same direction as the stitching on the card front. I cut the french fries out of two colors of yellow cardstock for variation (odd numbers one color, even numbers the other color). I added a little bit of brown ink to the sides and various parts of the french fries to make them look a little more cooked. I glued them together in order according to the number on the die. I layered the french fry pieces in order and glued them together. I cut the fry box from Lakefront cardstock. I heat embossed the 'you're my ride or' stamp with white embossing powder. I cut 3 layers of the word 'fry' die and glued together to give dimension. I then glued the fries to the fry box. I put foam on the bottom half of the back of the fry box and placed it in the center of the plaid circle. I added Blueberry enamel dots to the front. I went back and added a red heart on the front of the box too. Love that pop of red.

The Lakefront color (besides being one of my favorites) really makes those fries pop. I like the contrast with the fries. Gotta get this set 'cuz I have a friend who adores french fries. She's going through a rough time, and I can't give her real fries, but I think this would put a smile on her face.
