I started by die cutting the Elegant Cross die from cadet blue and plum punch cardstock. I ink blended the same color ink on the top layer of the cross to add some depth to the color. I die cut the scalloped rectangle from Master Layouts 4 and ran it through with the Swiss Dot embossing folder.
