After stamping image, colored with Copic markers. Die cut image with Master Layouts 1. Cut two additional panels of Master Layouts 1. Tape the panels together and then die cut Arch from the two additional panels. Add stenciled "confetti" to top layer and then glue the two panels together. Stamped the bottom sentiment in VersaClair ink and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Place the stenciled panel over the colored panel and glued in place. Add the black mat and then add to card base. Stamp, heat emboss and adhere birthday sentiment to card. Finish with adding embellisments.
