Techniques: Instead of just coloring this stamp…I used distress inks and small blending brushes to create the colorful wings. I added a bit of shine with some Stickles. For this kind of application I just take a tiny bit and use my finger to spread it really thin over the whole wing. I added a REAL ribbon to finish off the whole look.
