Ink blended background panel with Emerald Coast, Blue Lagoon, Cadet Blue inks. Uded Blooming Branches embossing folder and then sprayed with Perfect Pearls mixed with water. after the panel was dry, ran brayer with Blue Cadet ink over raised edges. Matted on Black Onyx cardstock and glued to Emerald Coast card base. Die cut hello die from Scripty Quartet.
