Die cut all pieces from white cardstock. Ink blend all pieces and then assemble the flamingos. Stencil background using tone on tone ink and cardstock. Stamp sentiment in white pigment ink, add white embossing powder and heat emboss. Using coordinating die, cut out sentiment and two additional pieces. After heat embossing inside sentiment, use the same stencil and ink to coordinate inside message.
