Die cut the circles first and then lightly trace the circles on another piece of cardstock. Ink blend all of the circles starting at the bottom and work your way up. Place the ink blended piece in stamp wheel and place small stamps in ink blended area. Check positioning by lining up the die cut piece over the top. Stamp small image around the die cuts on the top layer. After stamping the images, add foam tape behind die cut piece and position over the ink blended piece. Add to a mat and then to the card base. Add white highlights to the small black images.
