Ghostly Mist Potion Bottle

I made a super fun Halloween card with some brand new Halloween items from Whimsy Stamps 20th September 2025 release. I used some gorgeous paper from Cardstock Warehouse and some Glow in the Dark Foil from StudioLight. This was a fun Apothecary make with a really cool glow in the dark pop!
