cut card panel to 3.25” x 6 3/16”. Applied 1/4” Masking Magic strips to card panel to make stripes. ink blended Red Velvet ink. cut white cardstock to 1 3/4” x 2 15/32”. used fuse foiling gel over stencil. when gel was dry, use Fuse to apply silver foil. taped stars panel to stripes panel. cut card base to 6.25” x 6.5” and scored at 3.25”. taped card panel to cardbase. Used paper trimmer to cut down excess. stamped sentiment and die cut with banner die.
