Create a sparkling Halloween background by ink blending through the Abstract Sparkles Stencil, then add shimmer and dimension with the Sparkles Stencil and glitter gel paste. Stamp and die cut the images from the Witching You Stamp Set & Dies, adding just a touch of Copic coloring to the witch's skin and cheeks for a soft pop of color. Arrange the images over the arched background and finish with the coordinating sentiment for a whimsical Halloween card full of sparkle and charm.
