Using the Pin and Plan Die, I cut out red, white, and blue squares/rectangles; to create a Patriotic palette. The blue speckled paper was splashed with some blue water color paint. The white squares were embossed with a puffy embossing powder from my stash. I die cut the sentiment and balloons from the remaining paper and added on top of the birthday bash ephemera for a fabulous 250th USA birthday celebration card.
