Be Merry!

For this Christmas card, I started by creating a soft pink and blue ink blended background to give the card a magical winter feel. After blending, I stamped, colored, and carefully fussy cut the ornament images featuring Woody and Hazel Jean. To make the ornaments look like they were truly hanging on the card, I stamped the images a second time directly onto the ink blended background so I could use the ornament hooks from the stamp set. The colored images were then layered over the top. The "Be Merry!" sentiment was die cut from glitter cardstock and I finished the card with white Gelly Roll pen accents, adding tiny stars/snowy highlights for an extra touch of holiday sparkle.
