Techniques: I used Fuse Foiling Gel with Deco Foil Transfer Sheets to create shimmering stars and sparkling accents, and combined it with Deco Foil Plush Paper for a soft, velvety finish. One card also features hot foiling for the woodgrain background and sentiment, adding an extra touch of shine.
