Keeping it simple but adding a little extra depth, this card starts with an ink-blended background using Halloween-inspired colors. I stamped and die cut the zombie and frame from the Zombie 1 set, part of Riley and Company's Christmas in July release, then colored the image with alcohol markers. To create just the zombie, I carefully trimmed away the frame before stamping the sentiment directly onto the background. Finally, I added layered "dirt" panels across the bottom of the card, tucking the zombie behind them to make it look like he's climbing out of the ground. A few white splatters finished off the spooky scene. Happy crafting!
