Happy Birthday

I created this shaker birthday card using the Simon Says Stamp CZ Designs Big Old Birthday stamp and die set. I went through my stash and found this old background I had created and thought it would be perfect for the background of this simple shaker card. I used old packaging material to create the full panel shaker and used various sequins for the shaker fill.
