For a baby shower with the theme of "Preppy". The baby is a boy. The theme was a bit of a challenge for me. I had some trouble with lighting on these photos but it is a blue, green, gray, and white plaid. I used the Circle Flap Card dies on a standard A2 card base (side folding) that I cut from Gina K Designs In the Navy cardstock. I cut the panels and circle from some Pink & Main plaid cardstock. I also used the same circle die to cut one from Navy for the inside so it had the stitching detail. I stamped the congratulations stamp and the baby clothing stamps in white pigment ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I die cut them and placed them on the front circle. I die cut a heart from Kristina's Essentials out of navy cardstock and stacked 3 and glued them on the front circle as well. On the inside navy circle, I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment (I did cut my stamp to make it fit the way I wanted it to - eek) and glued it on the other side of the flap. I stamped and heat embossed the '(and more laundry)' sentiment on the inside as well. I did not take a photo but I placed a white stitched rectangle panel on the very back of the card so a personal message could easily be written. I added a navy heart on the top and bottom center of that panel.
Techniques: Fun fold, die cutting, heat embossing, stamping.
