A bright and playful birthday card featuring an adorable little cat celebrating with a hula hoop! I colored the stamped image with Copic markers and built the card using lots of colorful patterned and coordinating cardstock. I layered and die-cut the different papers to create a fun, cheerful design, then finished it off with a few sparkly embellishments.
